About the Immersion
The Zambia immersion will take you to the very heart of one of the most vibrant and diverse countries in Africa.
This experience will bring you into relationship with some of the most vulnerable, but also most welcoming, kind and exuberant individuals.
After our arrival in Lusaka, we will transfer to the Chipata diocese to begin our work with Mary Mother of God Parish, St Anastazio's and Ryder Cheshire Home for Children with Disabilities.
We have been lucky enough for these communities to welcome us with open arms, allowing us to deep relationships with them and the incredible individuals that are involved with them.
After some time engaging with the rich natural tapestry that permeates Zambia through a safari at South Luangwa National Park, we will make our to Kasisi Children's Home, where we have the opportunity to teach and form relationships with the Little Sisters of Mary Immaculate and the joyful, energetic children under their care.
