Nauiyu, on the banks of the Daly River, is located some 250kms south of Darwin. Daly River, known by the local people as the Green River, has over 450 residents with 10 different language groups. The traditional owners of the land are the Malak Malak people.

Volunteers will be stationed at Saint Francis Xavier School, a vibrant Catholic school for the Indigenous Community at Nauiyu for 1 - 4 school terms.
